CarrotInsights is an app that tracks users fitness habits and rewards them when they reach their goals. The challenge in creating this Wordpress site was to build several custom templates from the ground-up, and to find a way to integrate default Wordpress functionality with jQuery tools and animations. This project is ongoing and will be released in stages, with the final product being fully multingual.
The CarrotInsights website was developed in partnership with HumanContact, a Toronto-based marketing and communications agency.
Halcyon is a 15-part television series airing on Syfy and as downloadable Virtual Reality (VR) episodes. The website needed to showcase information about the show while incorporating a futuristic look and feel. The use of external text files (JSON) allowed the client to easily translate the site into any language for multi-national use.
The challenge in building the Halcyon VR website was to make the individual sections of a one-page site feel like unique experiences. Scrolling animations, pre-loaders and parallax backgrounds helped to successfully achieve the effect of a large website within a small space.
Ryvita Canada needed an appealing and manageable website to relaunch their brand of crackers. The multilingual site needed to showcase Ryvita's tasty recipes and their ever-expanding product line.
The challenge of this website was to come up with a colourful, clean design that wouldn't take away from the array of products being displayed. The final result was a custom Wordpress theme that allowed the client to easily change and manage the featured colours and images.
Gold Bar whiskey needed an online experience that reflected the luxury of their brand. As you scroll through the website, text and images animate into existence to educate the user about the product. The final result is a highly-interactive website duplicated across desktop and mobile.
